24 Hour Replacement Program

In the event a problem cannot be rectified to your satisfaction, you can request a replacement system of equal value be shipped to you within 24 hours. If the call is received by 12:00pm Mountain Time (noon) Monday - Friday and a comparable system is in stock, your replacement will be shipped the same day. If same day shipping is not possible, your replacement will ship by the end of business the following business day (Monday - Friday.) will cover the cost of shipping the replacement UPS Ground to you. If Next Day Air is required, shipping is invoiced to the customer at cost. The original system must be received by within 7 actual days including Saturdays and Sundays. An authorization on the customerís credit card must be made to cover the price of the replacement system in the event the original system is not received by within the 7 days. If the original system is not received by within 7 days, the customerís credit card is billed the price of the replacement system. When the original system is then later received, the customerís card is credited the amount of the replacement system less a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs of the return package are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

A cancellation processing fee of $100.00 will be applied by to any system cancelled before shipping. Most unopened products (at's discretion) may be returned/refunded for full credit, (shipping charges are non-refundable), and must be received by within 30 days of the original invoice date. Returns/refunds of opened products are subject to a 15% restocking fee, (shipping charges are non-refundable), and must be received by within 30 days of the original invoice date. There will be no returns/refunds on opened software. After 30 days of the original invoice date, no returns/refunds on unopened and/or opened product will be accepted. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed. Additional time may occur with individual banks.

Return Policy

To return merchandise for credit or replacement, you need to obtain a Return Merchant Authorization number (RMA#). All returns must be in "as shipped" condition and require an RMA#. Packages without an RMA# will not be accepted. To obtain your RMA# call Technical Support at 1-800-555-1212 and ask for an RMA#. Due to the nature of clearance parts (as identified by, returns for credit or replacement will be limited to defective product upon customer receipt. Returns must be received by within 14 days of the original invoice date. Refunds and replacements will not be authorized after 14 days. Due to limited stock, replacements for clearance products may not be available and cannot be guaranteed. is not liable for shipments made to us. We recommend that our customers use a popular shipping method such as UPS, Federal Express or the U.S. Postal Service with good packaging (original packing preferred) and full insurance paid.
